Responsibilities:
- Assessing, reviewing existing Architectural related designs, coordinating with the client and internal staff to ensure that the project is completed according to contract requirement
- Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical work
- Conduct technical meetings and liaise closely with consultants.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients
- Monitors the quality and progress of the disciplines on each project, ensuring that those production requirements are satisfied.
- Facilitate recruitment, placement and evaluation of architectural or engineering project staff.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture preferably recognized by BOA or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant project/site experience
- Preferably with minimum 3 years’ experience in MRT/LTA project.
