• Reporting to Boutique Manager
• Promote sales through customer service and product knowledge advisory.
• Attend to customers’ needs and enquiries. Provide after sales service and follow up attention.
• Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the boutique, and maintain boutique cleanliness
• Ensure visual merchandising are implemented efficiently.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience or interest in luxury retail. Those with luxury consumer goods (eg. watches, jewellery, fashion) experiences will be advantageous. Candidates with more years of relevant experiences may be considered for senior sales role.
• Strong communicator and a good team player
• Passionate about customer service and branding
• Office location: Orchard | Working hours: 4 days work week; 10:30am to 9:30pm
• Salary package: Monthly basic + AWS + Commissions
• Candidates available immediately or short notice preferred
