Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of marketing initiatives across multiple channels to achieve growth targets and promote brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop marketing campaigns, delivery plans, and incorporating marketing mix planning to enhance MROI.
  • Leveraging programmatic advertising, influencer strategy, PR, and other marketing channels to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Utilise analytics tools to continuously measure and optimise performance of marketing campaigns. Implement event tracking and leverage MarTech and AdTech platforms to improve ROI.
  • Drive organic growth through ASO, SEO, branding strategies, and partnerships.
  • Lead brand partnerships and IP collaborations in collaboration with Product
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners.
  • Understanding of the compliance requirements for data priavcy and optimisation strategies for major advertising platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on ad creatives, including video shoot, graphic design, website design, etc.
  • Manage the creation and creatives for websites and landing pages with utilisation of SEO best practices.
  • Track industry trends and competitors’ advertising strategies and provide targeted suggestions and solutions for our campaigns.
  • Execute community building effort and live-ops in collaboration with Product.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field / experience.
  • Proven experience in marketing for mobile games, with a track record of successful brand and advertising campaign execution, partners management, social media management, and user acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of mobile game marketing and advertising on advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, and Tik Tok.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Passion for gaming and deep understanding of player psychology, motivations, and cultural preferences.
  • Familiarity in co-branded and co-IP marketing initiatives.
