Location: Tanjong Pagar
Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Salary: $4,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
Collection
- Monitor incoming funds in bank accounts
- Follow up on unidentified funds
Payment Processing
- Process policy benefits payments
- Handle payments to staff and vendors
- Ensure compliance with Company’s MPP & Guidelines
- Create COA in SUN
- Prepare bank details for updating in USN
Month-End Closing
- Prepare journal entries for month-end account closing
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare audit schedules
Other Duties
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
