Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the daily operations, sales growth, performance, and staff management of multiple restaurants to meet target KPIs.
- Guide a team of restaurant managers to boost sales revenue, enhance customer service levels, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Accountable for managing controllable costs related to outlet overhead and operational expenses.
- Responsible for developing and mentoring the store management team to facilitate career advancement, enhance capabilities, and improve skills.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to coordinate promotional activities, including events and discount programs.
- Prepare monthly report in relation to the restaurant performance.
Requirements:
- 5 years in a managerial role managing multiple F&B outlet.
- Detail-oriented with strong project and program management skills.
- Able to multi-tasks, work under pressure and may involve extended working hours.
- With hygiene certificate.
