Responsibilities:
- Station at Outlets / Showrooms / Offices
- Perform Sales and Marketing functions at Retail Outlets / Showrooms / Sales Offices.
- Provide customer service to all customers.
- Complete all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observe and learn from experienced staff members.
- Understand company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Take detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Fulfil any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Adhere to all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
- Prepare documents and updating records.
- Learn about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
- Travel to different outlets and participating in daily operations as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any disciplines or relevant.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively both individually and in a team
- Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn, question and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work on rotation shifts / weekends / Public Holidays.
