We are seeking for an Infra System Storage Lead to design and implement storage solutions aligned with the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of business strategy and market dynamics, along with strong problem-solving skills for technical challenges. He/She will ensure that storage and backup systems are secure, scalable, and effectively address the organization’s long-term requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise storage and backup solutions.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of systems.
- Manage disaster recovery processes and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee large-scale projects and vendor relationships.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Automate tasks using Bash, PowerShell, etc.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise storage/backup systems.
- Expertise in security and regulatory compliance frameworks (preferably in finance).
- Demonstrated experience in leading project design and planning for large-scale network infrastructure projects
- Vendor management and project leadership skills.
