Working Hours:
6 days work (rotating shift AM/PM),8 hrs per day
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in all rounder for all position like cashier/toasting/brewing
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Skill Requirement:
- Have experience in café as Supervisor
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
- Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
- Able work on weekends/PH.
