Are you an experienced auditor with a robust background in the financial services industry? Candidates with experience auditing Asset and Wealth Management will have a distinct advantage. We seek talented individuals to fill Senior Audit and Assistant Manager positions. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals from Big 4 firms or other esteemed professional services organizations for our client in the buyside.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Provide operational and transactional support for new and existing investment portfolios across various asset classes in the Asia Pacific region.
- Transaction Management:Prepare funding and repatriation instructions, liaising with counterparties to ensure timely execution and settlement.
Reconcile cash transactions and record investment activities in relevant systems (e.g., Geneva / Cobra).
Coordinate with internal teams (Treasury, SPV Accounting) on deal transactions and operating expenses.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for business segment leads and global heads.
- Data Management: Set up and maintain investment attributes and transactional data for Asia Pacific deals.
Qualifications:
- Accountancy qualification.
- Minimum two years PQE experience with exposure to the financial services industry, preferably with a Big Four background in Transactional Services, M&A advisory, or Valuation services.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with bank debt and/or bonds is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Geneva and coding skills (Tableau/Sigma/Python/SQL) is a plus.
