Overview
Our client, a renowned education instituition located in the western region of Singapore, is seeking for 3 experienced Customer Services Officers to provide exceptional customer service to walk-in visitors and guests.
Job Scope:
- Handle Admissions and Scholarships enquiries via email and telephone.
- Attend walk-in Admissions and Scholarships enquiries,
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience in a Contact Centre / education sector preferred.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills.
- Conversant in Mandarin to attend to walk-in admissions and Scholarships enquiries (Mainly mandarin speaking visitors)
- Proficient in MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, IE) and Zoom
Specifications:
- Weekdays: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Friday – to 5.30 pm
- 5 days work week, might required to work on Saturdays during peak periods. OT will be compensated.
