· Strong experience in cuisine including all varieties of noodles and rice
· Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages
· Deep knowledge of every aspect of dishes
· Proficient with specialty equipment
· Ability to manage numerous tasks, assign responsibilities and display high patience
· Prepare menu in accordance with the excellent standards of quality and delectable recipes
· Maintain high standards of hygiene by ensuring all cooking equipment is clean and kept properly
· Assist in inventory control of kitchen supplies and equipment
· Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations, according to government regulations
· Maintain positive working relationships with the Front-of-House and retail team members
