As the Senior Golf Instructor, your primary responsibility will be to provide professional golf coaching to individual and group students, helping players of all skill levels enhance their skill. You will assist with daily operations and participate in the merchandising and sale of golf equipment. In addition, you will foster client relationships, maintain high instructional standards, and employ modern teaching techniques to deliver engaging lessons tailored to each player's goals.

Professional Coaching
- Deliver high-quality golf instruction to individual and group students of varying skill levels.
- Assess each player's strengths and weaknesses to tailor coaching techniques.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to help students track their progress.
Lesson Planning
- Propose lesson plans based on student progress and feedback to ensure ongoing alignment with their goals.
- Incorporate swing analysis and video feedback to enhance learning.
- Utilize on-course training to apply skills in real-game scenarios.
Operations Support
- Assist with scheduling lessons and managing the daily operations of the golf program.
- Ensure the training facilities are well-maintained and equipped for lessons.
- Collaborate with staff to coordinate golf events and activities.
Merchandising and Sales
- Actively participate in the merchandising and sale of golf equipment and apparel.
- Stay informed about the latest products and trends in the golf industry.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients to enhance their golfing experience.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and retention.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families to address concerns and expectations.
Modern Teaching Techniques
- Implement innovative teaching methods and technologies to improve instructional delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and adapt teaching techniques based on student feedback and performance.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of instructional programs.
- Gather feedback from students to refine and enhance lesson content and delivery.
- Stay updated on golf instruction trends and best practices through research and networking.
Qualifications:
- At least PGA Diploma Program and CPD Accredited PGA Professional.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of golf, including swing mechanics, rules, and etiquette.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, patient, and enthusiastic about teaching.
- Ability to motivate and encourage players of all levels.
- Good physical condition to demonstrate golf techniques and perform on-course instruction.
- Experience in working with golf instruction technology is preferred.
