Job Summary:

The Director cum CEO will lead Jingying Company’s global strategic thrust, driving growth across multiple international markets while fostering innovation in product development and operational excellence. The role is responsible for shaping the overall business strategy, building strong partnerships with global distributors, and ensuring the company's continued leadership in the livelihood light industrial products sector.

This position includes strict mandatory requirements; if the candidate cannot meet the conditions below, there is no need to apply.


Mandatory Requirements:


1. Language Proficiency:

  • Excellence in both written and spoken Chinese and English. Since the company operates primarily in Chinese, this is non-negotiable.

2. Travel Commitment:

  • The candidate must be willing to travel extensively for work, spending approximately 90% or more of the year outside Singapore. The company operates globally, with primary offices in China, Bangkok, and Malaysia, and is in a phase of expansion that demands high mobility.


3. Extensive Knowledge of High-Value Chinese Baijiu:

  • The candidate must possess deep and extensive knowledge of high-value, aged Chinese baijiu, not only as a retail product but more importantly, understanding its full value as an investment asset.
  • Submission Requirement: Candidates are expected to submit an article as part of their application, detailing:

(i) What constitutes high-value Chinese baijiu.

(ii) How such assets can be utilized to drive revenue growth for Jingying International Industry Holdings Pte Ltd.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead the global strategic thrust of the company, with a focus on penetrating key markets including South America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans that align with the company's vision and goals, while adapting to market trends and consumer demand.
  • Manage high-value assets, particularly Chinese baijiu, and utilize these assets as investment tools to fuel global projects.

Global Market Expansion:

  • Oversee the company’s market expansion strategy, leveraging local consumer preferences to develop customized products.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with international distributors, ensuring sustainable growth and market presence.
  • Drive the growth of diversified product lines in competitive global markets, with a focus on maintaining quality, cost-efficiency, and innovation​

Operational Excellence:

  • Lead the company’s flexible production system, ensuring high standards in product quality and adherence to international best practices.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sectors, including procurement, logistics, research and development, and design.
  • Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all products meet global standards.

Financial Management & Investment:

  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to manage the company's finances, including debt-to-equity ratios, investment strategies, and equity financing projects.
  • Utilize high-value Chinese baijiu as an investment tool to fund key projects and propel business growth.
  • Ensure transparency and efficiency in financial operations, including capital allocation and profit-sharing strategies​.

Innovation and Product Development:

  • Lead the company's innovation agenda, promoting the development of products that cater to local market demands while maintaining the company's reputation for quality.
  • Oversee the research and development of new products and ensure the company's product offerings remain competitive on a global scale.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Build and lead a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Mentor and develop future leaders within the company, ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of the business.
