Job Description
- Prepare and establish Quality controldocuments (i.e. Project Quality Controlplan, Inspection test plan, inspectionreport format and test package) as perASME and client requirement.
- Responsible for daily quality inspectionincluding material and weldingconsumable inspection, piping fit-upinspection, welds inspection, interpretationof radiographic films and hydrotestinginspection.
- To plan and coordinate all inspectionactivities required as per prior establishinspection test.
- To plan and coordinate thermal treatmentactivities.
- To develop and maintain company WPSand PQR.
- To arrange and maintain company welders’welder qualification test, Primos andwelder performance.
- Inspection on static equipment (i.e. vessels,column, heat exchanger).
- To support company BizSafe and ISOdocumentation.
- Work location: Pulau Bukom/ Jurong Island
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other professional certifications relevant to the trade of business.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience within the industry.
- Demonstrated strong commitment to safety.
- Work well as a team with positive attitude and good leadership.
- Hard working person with good communication skill.
- Possess own transport.
