We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within the building and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience, with a strong ability to build relationships, meet targets, and travel across Singapore to engage clients. Industry experience is preferred, but candidates with transferable skills from other sectors are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and grow the client portfolio, with a focus on the building and construction industry.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.
- Travel: Ability to travel around Singapore to meet clients, attend meetings, and represent the company at industry events.
- Reporting: Track and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in the building and construction industry is preferred.
- Candidates with an existing client portfolio in the industry will have a significant advantage.
- Industry crossovers are welcome—transferable skills from other sectors will be considered.
