Admin/Account Assistant(Receptionist)
Job Scope –
- Perform front desk reception duty
- Attend to phone calls and answer queries
- Invoice Processing, Keying in to internal system
- Arrange delivery of ships’ mail/ships’ spares to vessels
- Assist Technical Superintendents & Marine Managers if needed
- Stationery Order
- Upkeeping of Company Employees’ Travel Records
- Compile PDF reports on behalf of Management
- Update weekly vessel schedule
- Send monthly survey reports to all vessels
- Logbook Order and Printing
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements –
- Minimum O level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year’s working experience as office administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to start work on short notice preferred
- Training and guidance will be provided
