Job Details / Job Description:
1) Internet Banking Testing - user acceptance testing for Internet Banking.
2) Mobile Banking Testing]
3) ICH Testing - To assist in user acceptance testing for Integrated Multi-Channel Host.
4) Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
5) Perform manual testing for functional testing and regression testing.
6) Track and monitor testing progress and defect resolution.
7) Provide regular test progress to Team lead.
8) Assist in admin work like data update and other adhoc projects as assigned by the supervisors
Job Requirements:
1. Writing SOP: Liaise with Business users to come out with a deck for end-users to follow a step by step activity to be done for some of the functions that are implemented
2. Set Up User Manual Guide: Production users are able to use the guide based on testing in UAT environment and help them in doing the same in production environment
3. Able to understand business requirements/functional requirements and translate them into test cases, fetch host data, test data preparation, triages.
