We are seeking a talented and creative Project Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing interior design projects, particularly large-scale private condominium developments for local and regional property developers. The role requires a strong ability to prepare client presentations, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality design solutions that align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and visually appealing presentations for clients, including 3D models, 2D drawings, mock-ups, and renderings.
- Create innovative and attractive designs for large-scale private condominium projects, ensuring that design solutions meet the needs and expectations of property developers.
- Meet with clients to understand their objectives, desires, and project requirements. Interpret their needs and translate them into effective design concepts.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that design work is executed within timelines and meets project specifications.
- Utilize design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools, to develop detailed drawings and technical documents for project execution.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in interior design, ideally with exposure to large-scale projects.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong creative and technical design skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and project teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
