We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee diaphragm wall construction projects from planning through to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering and construction project management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective coordination to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of diaphragm wall construction projects, from initial planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee the design, development, and approval of construction plans, technical specifications, and project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Ensure that all construction activities meet the highest quality standards and conform to technical specifications.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all project personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with specific expertise in diaphragm wall construction.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects, demonstrating leadership and the ability to handle complex project requirements.
- Strong technical knowledge of diaphragm wall construction techniques and processes.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of construction design, cost management, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Able to commit 6 days of work
