Admin Assistant

Brc Asia Limited

Responsibilities:

  • To compute daily production incentives for workers
  • To verify invoices and DOs including updating in EBS
  • To assist HR in work permit renewals and medical appointment for workers
  • To administer workers attendance and leave via the e-leave portal
  • To manage the filing systems
  • To assist in company transport arrangement and company's event, if any
  • any other general admin tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min GCE N levels or office skills certificate
  • Able to work independently and prioritise daily work tasks
  • Pleasant personality and a can-do attitude
  • Good organisational, planning and communication skills
  • Responsible, discreet and meticulous
