Responsibilities:
- To compute daily production incentives for workers
- To verify invoices and DOs including updating in EBS
- To assist HR in work permit renewals and medical appointment for workers
- To administer workers attendance and leave via the e-leave portal
- To manage the filing systems
- To assist in company transport arrangement and company's event, if any
- any other general admin tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Min GCE N levels or office skills certificate
- Able to work independently and prioritise daily work tasks
- Pleasant personality and a can-do attitude
- Good organisational, planning and communication skills
- Responsible, discreet and meticulous
