- Responsible for the order processing from customers
- Liaise and coordination for delivery arrangement
- Prepare and check all shipping documents processing via Portnet & Jurong Port online
- Check and verify driver’s and supply team trips form with deployment after job completion
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
