We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Solar Technician / Solar Engineer to support our Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of solar projects. The ideal candidate will assist in optimizing resources, conducting site studies, managing site teams, and ensuring projects adhere to safety standards, timelines, and budgets. This role is perfect for fresh graduates looking to gain experience in the renewable energy sector, with on-the-job training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating, planning, and forecasting resources to optimize utilization and meet project milestones and budgetary goals.
- Conduct site studies to assess conditions and provide recommendations for photovoltaic (PV) systems.
- Oversee and manage the solar project site team, ensuring that all work complies with safety regulations and standards.
- Monitor work progress at the project site to ensure that it aligns with the technical specifications, project schedule, and budget.
- Ensure that all site activities follow safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
- AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, PVsyst, Helioscope).
