Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Head of Finance and manage a group of accounting team.
- Lead strategic and business planning, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee statutory audits, ensure timely resolution of audit queries, and handle statutory account filings.
- Prepare investment reports and review accounts submitted by the Fund Administrator.
- Prepare presentations and reports for Board and Audit Committee meetings, senior leadership discussions, and strategic group projects.
- Lead the annual budgeting process for the Group.
- Review and enhance finance processes to ensure strong internal controls while balancing efficiency.
- Optimize treasury functions.
- Support ad-hoc business development projects and initiatives.
- Review processes and policies, implement changes, manage patient pricing, and handle grants management.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Requirement:
- Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum 7 years of relevant post-graduation experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Proven ability to drive financial modeling, develop processes, and lead treasury optimization.
- Experience in process reviews, policy implementation, patient charge pricing, and grants management.
- Strong track record in process improvements and team development.
- Technically strong with excellent analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of interacting at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker who is also willing to engage in hands-on tasks as needed.
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle or similar systems is an advantage.
