Job scope
- Apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
- Manage and implement Salesforce updates and changes.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Job requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analyst role.
- Hands-on experience with mapping business processes and information flows and capturing them in designs, cases, and user stories.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained Salesforce Administrator exam (CRT101) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
