SALES ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
    • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
    • Prepare proposals and quotations.
    • Conduct technical presentations of the product offered to customers.
    • Address technical questions and concerns and provide valuable solutions that meet customer needs.
    • Close sales by building rapport with customers, explaining product and service capabilities, and overcoming objections.
    • Continuous learning of the company’s offered products and services.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements.
    • Analyze competitors’ products and strategies to identify areas for differentiation.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business/plant needs and challenges.
    • Collaborate with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Open for fresh graduates with interest in a sales role and willingness to learn.
  • Prior work experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and likeable personality.
  • Goal driven and result-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office and basic knowledge on Autocad is required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability in negotiating terms and closing a deal.
