Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to support the Distributors and the company in achieving business goals
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
- Develop proposals for promotions, contests, and programs, supporting them with insights and financial analysis, to achieve KPIs.
- Manage diverse areas of communication and editorial calendars and coordinate with the various departments.
- Produce high-quality content by collaborating with product or area experts.
- Localize and lead regional and global collaterals—both digitally and in print—including simple graphic designs and video editing.
- Maintain all communication channels’ contents—intranet, email, website, social media
- Create and maintain sales tools to achieve business goals.
- Sourcing and maintaining the sales of existing/new logo merchandise.
- Prepare PowerPoint for presentations and reports for management.
- General admin duties and ad hoc projects
- Support all the sales and marketing events or activities in Singapore or overseas.
- Demonstrate the ability to implement feedback from superiors or teammates.
- Demonstrate understanding of project timeline and ability to collaborate across departments.
Additional
- Work closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights for USANA events, as required by business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
- Must possess a Diploma /Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
- Minimum two years of related experience
- Must be able to use Illustrator, Photoshop, Canvas or Capcut.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Responsible, proactive and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated problem-solver with good time management and multi-tasking abilities to support various projects and brand needs.
- Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus.
- Experience in performing video shooting & editing in different social media, is an advantage.
- Effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without direct supervisor and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.
