HR Specialist (Training)

• Salary: Up to $4,000/month
• Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM
• Eligibility:Min Degree holder with 1-2 years of HR experience.
  

Job Summary:

The role involves designing and developing training programs, working with internal experts or external vendors to meet the organization’s learning and development objectives, and coordinating all learning programs.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Learning & Development:Design and implement a learning and development framework based on organizational and staff needs.
   Conduct training needs analysis to identify core competencies required for staff.
   Develop a functional training roadmap by engaging with divisional heads.
   
2. Training Coordination:Plan, organize, and facilitate employee development events.
   Manage supplies for training events.
   
3. External Training Programs:Arrange external training programs.
   Handle the application of training grants.
   
4. Budget Management:Assess costs of planned training programs and manage the training budget.
   
5. Record Keeping:Update and maintain all training records.
