Demand & Supply Specialist
- Salary: Up to $3,550/month (12 months) + Variable Bonus (3-4 months)
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM
- Eligibility: Min degrees in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields. No experience required as training will be provided
Job Summary:
- Manage monthly operations, working with Sales and Production teams to maximize sales.
- Ensure orders for production and parts procurement are correct and timely.
- Analyze the market and sales for the assigned country.
Responsibilities:
- Country PIC (Person in Charge):Handle all Demand & Supply (D&S) matters for the assigned country.
Understand the market, sales trends, competitors, and customer segments.
- Plant PIC:Evaluate and place monthly production orders.
Negotiate with production teams to meet sales targets.
- Vehicle Allocation:Allocate vehicles to different countries based on production capabilities.
Ensure maximum sales and profitability.
- Order Management:Ensure the sales team inputs correct orders on time.
Submit orders to the production plant before monthly deadlines.
