Your new role
Below are some of the key responsibilities for the role;
- Develop comprehensive tender and contract documentation, encompassing detailed bills of quantities
- Deliver in-depth cost analysis and modeling for tenders and projects, ensuring accuracy and precision
- Offer expert guidance on contractual disputes, procurement strategies, and cost optimization
- Conduct thorough post-project reviews, compiling detailed reports on outcomes and performance metrics
- Accurately assess completed work, preparing precise progress claims and monitoring project variations
- Perform comprehensive cost-benefit analyses for repair and maintenance initiatives
- Curate and submit specialized catalogues and sample boards as required
- Provide flexible support and expertise for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate, should have;
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field from a reputable university
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing residential and industrial projects
- Proficiency in Mechanical and Electrical systems
- Familiarity with Singapore's health and safety regulations
Other key skills, which are good to have;
- Proficient in utilizing software tools for accurate costing and budgeting
- Meticulous organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently, with a strong sense of initiative and commitment
