RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships in the market and identify new avenues for partnerships to grow the business.
- Work closely with management and relevant departments in establishing competitive renewal rates.
- Develop operations strategies and activities to improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials such as presentations, proposal kits, social media content.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance and report results.
- Work closely with management and provide feedback in workflow, improvements on product offerings, strategies, and market insights.
- Establish customer tracking records, contact potential customers, provide targeted and customized leasing solutions, negotiations, signing of contracts.
- Monitor the collection of deposits and payments, timely reminder of contract receivables.
- Work closely with the operations team to guide customers to settle in.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Able to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in conceptualising and executing lead generation activities.
- Proficient in MS Office and other basic IT packages.
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. Confident interacting with vendors, clients, visitors, guests.
- Familiarity with the co-working and real estate environment will be an added advantage.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Property, Real Estate or equivalent.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
