PROJECT EXECUTIVE

As an A&A Project Executive, you will take a strategic leadership role in directing and managing Additions and Alterations (A&A) projects within our organization. Your focus will be on ensuring projects are executed efficiently, delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Planning:

  • Engage with stakeholders to clearly define project goals, scope, and key deliverables for A&A initiatives.
  • Formulate comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets that reflect client expectations and organizational objectives.

Resource Optimization:

  • Assess and identify the necessary resources for A&A projects, encompassing personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to strategically allocate resources and ensure alignment with project schedules.

Project Leadership:

  • Spearhead the execution of A&A projects, guaranteeing adherence to established plans, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
  • Track project progress, proactively identify potential challenges, and implement solutions to maintain timelines and quality standards.

Contract Oversight:

  • Lead the preparation and negotiation of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers involved in A&A projects.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Relations Management:

  • Serve as the principal liaison for clients regarding A&A projects, offering regular updates on status, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and timeliness to foster strong relationships.

Quality Assurance Leadership:

  • Establish and enforce quality control protocols to ensure A&A work meets rigorous standards and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assessments to swiftly identify and rectify any issues.

Documentation and Reporting Excellence:

  • Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation, including contracts, plans, specifications, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports detailing project metrics, budget utilization, and other key indicators for executive review.

Safety and Compliance Commitment:

  • Uphold compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all A&A projects.
  • Champion a culture of safety awareness and strict adherence to protocols among project teams and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in project management, particularly in A&A work within the construction industry.
  • Deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and best practices related to A&A projects.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools for effective scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
