As a Customer Service Agent, you are the voice of the organisation, providing customers with a positive first impression. You are to uphold the professionalism when assisting customers in order taking and tracking of deliveries, as well as handling feedback and complaints.
You will be working with various departments to ensure successful delivery for your customers' jobs. You will be able to advise on the diffent types of services available and recommend the one that best fits the needs of the customers.
You must be PC literate and comfortable working in a call-centre environment, and attends to every call promptly and politely, and takes orders and messages in an accurate manner.
