Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, phone calls and e-mails
- Handle other administrative or miscellaneous tasks if required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 1 year administrative work experience
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Able to work independently
- Meticulous, motivated, proactive, multi-tasking
- Responsible and willing to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule:
- Weekday / Weekend : 830 am to 615 pm
- Full time: 5 day work week - at least 1 week end
Position is open to candidates interested in full-time , or part time full day - at least 3-4 full-day shifts
