Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitement :Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within crypto and blockchain space, including developers, analysts, and compliance experts
2. Candidate Outreach : Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates using social media, job boards, networking, and industry events.
3. Hiring Strategy : Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with the company's growth in the crypto industry.
4. Interview Process : Manage the interview and selection process, ensuring candidates have a positive experience
5. Onbording : Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrate smoothly into the company. Overseas payroll tasts, ensuring accurate and timely payments
6. Employer Branding : Promote the company as an attractive place to work in the crypto space by highlighting its innovative projects, culture, and indystry leadership
7. Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices within th crypto and blockchain sectors.
8. Employment Pass Application : Handle the application process for employment passes, work visas, or similar documentation for international hires in compliance with local regulations.
Skills & Qualification:
1. Bachelor and above, at least wit 4-5 years working experience
2. Strong communication and networking skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paces, dynamic environment
4. Ability to adapt quickly on fast-changing environment
5. Proficient in Chinese and English
