Key Responsibilities:-
Primary Role
- Achievement of school enrolment and store revenue budget of music school (branch).
- Uphold standards in customer service engagement at branch.
- Teachers’ management and administration (more than 50 teachers full and part-time).
- Activity planning including trial lessons, open house, performances, PTMS, students’ orientation etc.
- Studio and facilities management.
Secondary Role
- Work with respective product managers to ensure branding, A&P and sales activities.
- Supervision in provision of quality customer service through training and coaching of staff and engaging.
- CRM Management – Reviewing of leads generation and follow-up prospecting for customer.
- Plan, manage and organize area market events and activities in-store.
- Manage and oversee store inventory to ensure optimal stock levels for display and sale.
- Overseeing proper cash register management and administrative matters and documentation processes with relevant department.
- Perform any adhoc duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:-
- Diploma graduate preferred.
- Experience in similar or service related industry preferred (enrichment centers).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Proficient computing skills and familiarity with relevant software and systems.
