- Responsible for Guest check-in and check-out.
- Ensuring accurate billing and payments.
- Handle and managing reservations.
- Update the hotel’s system with guest information, and ensure that bookings are accurately reflected.
- Assist with room changes and accommodate special requests.
- Handle Guest inquiries and complaints.
- Maintaining front desk organization, following standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and health policies.
- Communication and coordination with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Working Hours from 10am to 10pm.
