RESPONSIBILITY
Brand & Product Marketing
· Along with the Brand Manager, develop and execute end-to-end strategic plans in collaboration with Commercial and Retail Operations, to achieve the desired growth and sales targets.
· Support the preparation of 360° launch plans with a view to do “fewer, bigger, better”, showcasing Singapore as the Jewel of SEAwith best practice executions and finesse.
· Partner with Media and PR agencies to target the various social media marketing funnels, driving maximum ROI on media spend and building brand advocacy in the market.
Trade Marketing & Events
· Plan and execute trade promotions across Department Stores and Sephora channels, including developing exclusive offerings tailored to various retailers and consumer bases, aimed at driving footfall to store and consequently, sell out.
· Develop proposals for mono-brand and multi-house animations in collaboration with Commercial, Retail Operations and Visual Merchandizing.
· Collaborate with Global/Regional stakeholders, internal team and vendors to ensure that all executions are aligned with brand guidelines.
· Establish elevated and desirable presence in retailers’ online and offline platforms by negotiating for brand representation and exposure.
Budget Management
· Plan and manage A&CP budget in alignment with brand strategy.
· Possess business acumen to make calculated decisions on budget prioritizations and shifts around key projects.
Market Planning & Forecasting
· Monitor and adjust forecast for new launches, activations and base categories, mitigating risks and ensuring business continuity.
· Manage stock inventory and develop action plans for discontinuations and Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) reduction as necessary.
Reporting & Others
· Prepare reports as per business requirements, and monitor/analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
· Provide support to the Brand Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Minimally 3-4 years of 360° brand management experience in Luxury Beauty, particularly in Makeup within the Singapore domestic market.
· Significant relevant experience with the Department Store and Sephora channels, with a strong understanding of the retail drumbeat and landscape in Singapore. Channel experience in Free Standing Stores and strength in Trade Marketing is a bonus.
· Experience in multi-brand portfolio management is preferred.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
· Highly detailed with strong organizational and analytical skills; attuned with performance marketing.
· A team player, the ability to develop effective working relationships both internally & externally and excel in a multi-cultural environment.
· Proactive, agile, with a strong business acumen.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
