- Manage a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure tasks are completed within the designated time frame.
- Resolve site issues in collaboration with supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, main contractors, and related third parties.
- Coordinate site work, workflows, and inspections with main contractors’ site representatives and attend site coordination meetings.
- Plan, implement, and monitor weekly work activities alongside supervisors according to the master schedule.
- Track and assess work progress, productivity, quality, and material usage to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations among all team members and subcontractors.
- Prepare shop drawings, ‘AS-Built’ drawings, and Materials Bill of Quantities as required for the project.
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of all shop drawings and materials, including ‘AS-BUILT’ drawings.
- Coordinate with main contractors and third parties regarding Combined Services Drawings (CSD) to resolve any conflicts before construction begins.
- Attend all Toolbox meetings and Safety meetings.
- Implement the Testing & Commissioning plan.
Qualifications:
- Degree with at least 3 years of experience; candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions.
- Completion of the Building Construction Safety Supervisor course and any other relevant WSH certifications.
- Experience in MEP design is an advantage.
- Must demonstrate teamwork, perseverance, diligence, integrity, and initiative.
Special Instructions:
- Candidates must be Singaporean with a recognized degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
