Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Procurement:Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
Conduct market research to stay informed on pricing trends and market conditions. - Purchase Orders:Create and issue purchase orders in a timely manner.
Track and manage order status to ensure timely delivery. - Inventory Management:Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels.
Analyze inventory data to make informed purchasing decisions. - Quality Control:Inspect received goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Resolve discrepancies with suppliers promptly. - Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements. - Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
Participate in projects that require procurement input.
Requirements:
- Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skills.
