We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us. In this role, you are to manage the tendering process, ensuring accurate and timely bid submissions. Key tasks include reviewing documents, coordinating with teams, preparing tender submissions, and maintaining records. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support from beginning till completion of each tender management
- Prepare & collate all documents as required for submission.
- Actively liaise with internal team members/departments to gather information on a timely manner.
- Source for projects on relevant tender platforms including Sesami & Gebiz.
- Develop proposal documents in response to RFP, RFQ, and tenders.
- Produce quantity measurement within targeted timeline
- Other support as reasonably assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma related to the construction industry is preferred
- Proven experience in tender coordination, document management, or administration
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and formatting.
- Proficient in using document management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software tools.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
