- Responsible for implementation and daily operation of ByteDance's global OTN infra
- Work with service providers to troubleshoot fiber cuts and test new circuits
- Work with device vendors to troubleshoot device failures and implement new deployment
- Be a team player and participate in Bytedance network globally on call rotation.
Job requirements:
- Knowledge on optical transportation, OTN solution, architecture, service delivery and operation
- Hands on experience of major OTN devices, such as Ciena, Nokia, Accelink etc.
- Good troubleshooting skills, able to handle various OTN issues
- Self-motivated, good communication and written skills.
