Responsibilities:
- Administration Support : Manage the CEO's Schedule, Organize meetings, and handle travel arrangement.
- Communication Liaison : Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholdersm including investors, partners and employees.
- Document Preparation : Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as instructed by CEO's
- Meeting Coordination : Take minutes, track follow up actions and ensure efficient communication across teams.
- Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with discretion, especially related o company finances, projects and strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above
- Strong organisational and multitasking skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
