Responsibilities:
- To oversee the daily accounting operation
- To review and enhance workflows and internal controls, and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures
- To liaise with the branch’s internal and external auditors on audit matters.
- To prepare tax computation schedules, check tax computations, to liaise with tax agents
- To review MAS reports, draft and respond to the queries
- To check daily management reports
- To participate in systems development and enhancement projects where applicable
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Finance & Accounting preferably with CA qualification
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in full spectrum of Finance and Accounting experience including MAS reporting
- Good working experience in data statistics, data analytics, accounting report management and financial analysis
- Effectively bilingual in English & Chinese due to reporting to China Head Office & colleagues
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Words
