As a Maintenance Technician with Addcel, you will be responsible for:
- Performing preventive maintenance work and follow-up on all troubleshooting and repair works
- Ensuring completion of all preventive and corrective maintenanc, documenting all service reports from vendors
- Support ad-hoc machine breakdown including fault troubleshooting, diagnosis and replacement of defective components
- Monitor and maintain spare part list
- Supervising contractors for onsite work involving installation, servicing and repair work
- Proper housekeeping of the tools after usgae
- Update list of chemical in the storage and ensure SDS is within validity period
- Liaise with overseas and local supplier for equipment and spare part matters
- Involved in internal and external audits when required
- Any other duties as assigned
A successful candidate for this role will possess:
- Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in supporting maintenance function in manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting plant equipment including electrical, mechanical and hydraulic system
- Experience in robotic system maintenance will be an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work at height with MEWP
- Able to support after office hours and weekends when needed
- Well versed in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to read and interpret schematics
