Admin cum Accounts officer supports the Foodbank manager by providing corporate support and accounting services. He/she has to maintain the warehouse accounts, check on the bills and support the Foodbank Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Corporate support in the areas of attend to telephone calls, typing, faxing, filing, photocopying, etc.
- Collation of statistics, beneficiaries’ database, inventory and stock information.
- Manage to help Food Bank Manager supplies stocks.
- Answer queries of staff, beneficiaries, vendors and volunteers.
- Manage office supplies stock and place order (e.g. stationery, envelopes, printer cartridges)
- Maintain and update Donors, Vendors and Volunteers database.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistic data.
- Maintain Food Bank calendar and schedule of events.
- Maintain proper accounting records such as Invoices, PR, DO and Petty Cash reimbursement.
Location & Working Hours
- East Area, Tannery Lane
- Mon - Fri, 830am to 6pm, One Sat per month, 830am to 6pm
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline or related field.
- Knowledge of basic IT (MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point) and basic statistical analysis.
- Maintain audit schedules and coordinates year-end audit and submit report to Finance Department.
- Meticulous, detailed in work and able to handle deadlines and stress.
- Be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.
