Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in daily operations of the HR and Admin Dept of the Company / Group Companies.
- Liase with recruitment agent and arrange candidates for interview.
- Handle foreign workers’ matters including apply and renew work permit, manage foreign workers’ accommodation, workers’ repartriation and compute timesheets.
- Record staff medical reimbursement.
- Handle staff H&S and WIC claims.
- Work with freight forwarders on the import documentation for custom clearance. Arrange for insurance and coordinate the delivery.
- Responsible for office equipment, staff uniforms, pantry refreshments, stationeries etc
- Responsible for company’s vehicles inspection, renewal of road tax and insurance.
- Organize monthly staff birthday celebration, assist in annual dinner and dance, Christmas and CNY celebration.
- Handle phone calls and incoming emails.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min ‘O’ level preferably with Certificate in HRM.
- Good EA knowledge
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar job scope.
- Good level of proficiency in MS Office skills such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Pleasant and positive personality with enthusiasm to learn
- Must be a team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
