Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable BYD vehicles.
- Provide professional service to all customers throughout the buying process.
- Demonstrate integrity, sincerity, and courtesy when dealing with customers.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact, conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits, to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, actively and professionally resolve customer feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and latest SsangYong vehicles offerings and promotions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain operational standards according to company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales, service and hospitality industries or a similar role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive buying experience.
- Valid Class 3 / 3A license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Work location at Toa Payoh
