Role & Responsibilities
- Support Institution IT projects
- Support the Ministry funding request and review forums
- Support the internal funding requests and review forums, from budget submissions, requirements review, workplan prioritisation, procurement, and project approvals.
- Support the technical forum presentations for your projects such as Solution Review Board.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across projects and build good rapport.
- Collaborate with project delivery teams and infrastructure teams to manage project requirements, implementation timeline and budget.
- Responsible to monitor and ensure project implementation status, including regular project updates to various stakeholders and forums.
- Provide support for day-to-day operational issues as required. (24/7 standby if required)
- Support administrative tasks or other adhoc tasks assigned by your reporting manager as required.
Requirements
- Possess a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any other relevant discipline
- At least 7-10 years of relevant working experience
- Have some experience in SAP billing systems or familiar with tertiary care hospital billing system.
- Experience with managing Finance/ Billing Systems before
- CITPM / PMP certification will be an added advantage
- Excellent problem solving skills with good written/communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong organisational and customer service skills and able to lead and work with cross functional teams
- Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
