JOB PURPOSE
The role is primarily responsible to support the Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of the retail unit to runs smoothly and effectively.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Setup and perform entire functions of different departments
- Perform daily store opening and closing
- Handle cashiering duties efficiently
- Attend to customers' enquiries and handle feedback professionally
- Manage a team of Retail Assistants to provide excellent customer service
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience, preferably from supermarket background
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong supervisory skills and ability to manage a team
- Passionate about customer service and retail sector
- Able to multi-task and work independently
