Job Responsibility
- Ensure new business applications are processed accurately and efficiently within the stipulated service standards and adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely follow up and processing of new business applications and accuracy in policy contract issuance.
- Assist to monitor the new business submission volume to ensure that there is no backlog.
- Manage enquiries / complaints and perform service recovery when necessary.
- Identify inefficient process and escalate to Head of New Business for assessment and improvement.
- Support new product launches in terms of new business processing.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders, intermediaries and distribution channels.
- Any other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree / Diploma in any discipline, having insurance qualifications / certifications (i.e. LOMA (FLMI), M5, M9 and Health Insurance etc) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in life insurance operations
- A good team player and possess insurance knowledge including life insurance product, basic underwriting concepts, business and regulatory practices.
- Customer centric and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
